The build added a Alpha version of a feature called Snapbacks. This build removed some bloatware and added some more FPS support for RGB Gaming computers.īuild NT10000 was a build developed by Microsoft, Sun Microsystems and Oracle. This build added more language options and added support to more third-party keyboards. In the build before this, on rare occasions when you would press the letter G, it would show a BSOD. It fixed another glitch which was the "G" glitch. This build fixed the "Time Glitch" which would set the time and date to 00:00 and wouldent move the time. It added a new setup, which was pleasing to the eye. This build publicly released the first disc in retail. This version added more support for older Computers. It is disabled in the Setup but one can enable it if desired, or go to Settings to enable it. You could make Tunes, Songs, Music, Albums or even Ringtones. Songpad was additional, and you could disable it in the Setup. This build added accessability options and a program called SongPad. The shell of Vivavirus is still in the Windows folder and apparently in the code. It only blocked safe programs such as VLC, Chrome or Steam. People tried to test viruses on VMS and Vivavirus did not block it. It was unreliable and did not work half the time. It also added Vivavirus, Microsoft's attempt at an Antivirus. The firewall was added, being the strongest one in Microsoft history. This Version mainly added security features. This build mainly cleaned up some mistakes the developers made and also added some backg For example, applying the Luna Theme would give MSPAINTER the WindowsXP paint look. Painter was a version of Paint that was optimised for the system. This build added a new Paint program called Microsoft Painter. Windows Media Center was back in, but it was a port of the Windows 7 version. It also squashed many bugs and added Windows Media Player.

It added the Longhorn, Metroclassic, Aero, Luna and Da Vinci (Da-Vinci was a modernised version of the Microsoft Plus pack.) It dident work very well because Microsoft abandoned it while making the OS, and not finishing it because of the new program. Reg-edit could still be acsessed with the run command or in the Windows folder. The New REG-EDIT application was called Registry Changer. The main reason they removed Powershell is because of the lack of people using it since most people used the Command Prompt instead. It could be acsessed deep into the Sys32 folder. This build added a new Registry Editor, and also removed Windows Powershell.

It also added a Startup sound, which was a mashup of the Windows 7 and Windows 8 unused startup sound, that can be found in the files to this day. It fixed many bugs and made the system more user friendly.
This Build is widely know as the Bugfix update. It mainly added more themes and made the OS more appealing to the eye. There were only two of them, Metro and Classic. The build looked extremely different from the final build. and crashed multiple times during the conference. This build was shown off at the Microsoft Conference 2012, and was presented on YouTube.
